Social sustainability starts with people.
Through our Women in Coffee project, we promotewomen’s empowerment by supporting projects in coffee-producing countries, women’s entrepreneurship initiatives, and national and international organizations that promote independence and new opportunities.

That same focus on people is alive and well within our company: we invest in professional growth, training, and skills development. Taking care of our work also means valuing those who make it possible every day.

Environment

Environmental sustainability also extends to the way we design our products and their materials. That’s why we view packaging as an important part of the process, seeking solutions that combine functionality, a focus on environmental impact, and consistency with our approach to making coffee—such as compostable capsules and containers made from 100% R-PET.

Sustainability must also be embedded in our processes. We recycle production waste, investin energy efficiency, and continue to seek solutions that improve the effectiveness of our work while reducing waste and consumption.

The solar power system and the upgrades to the production lines are all part of the same effort: to conduct business with greater awareness, both today and in the future. It’s a concrete way to combine quality, responsibility, and a focus on the future.

We invest in efficient production processes and environmentally friendly solutions, such as compostable packaging, optimized logistics, and the elimination of single-use plastics. Because protecting the environment is an integral part of how we do business.

We promote a culture of safety that begins with training: all new hires undergo an initial mentoring period designed to familiarize them with company procedures and help them internalize the correct safety practices.
