We select green coffee from 12 different origins, guided by rigorous standards that inform every purchase and help us bring out the unique character of each bean. Each sample arrives at our facility in Santena, where it is carefully tasted to ensure it meets our criteria. Only then can its journey truly begin, ultimately becoming the coffee that, every day, finds its way into the cups of those who choose us.
