Three new Caffè Vergnano 1882, managed by the same ownr, have opened in the newly opened “GranRoma” shopping centre in Rome. The first room, at the entrance of the centre, is reminiscent of a kiosk: it is, in fact, open on all four sides and has an area of 35 square metres. Each side offers a different service to the customers: the large display window towards the entrance, the coffee and ice cream counters towards the two main corridors and the last one dedicated to coffee and cocktail services.
On the first floor there is the cafeteria, at the entrance to the food court. On an area of about 60 square metres, there is a long 12-metre L-shaped counter with a large corner display case facing the escalator. A table with an olive tree characterizes the room.
On the other side of the venue there is the Osteria, born from the experience Vergnano has acquired over the years in the field of catering. The environment reproduces a domestic space where the customer can feel at home. On an area of 180 square meters there is a long counter divided in two spaces: the cafeteria area, characterized by centrifuges and milkshakes offer and a large counter for the display of pizza. Equipped with a large kitchen, the room can accommodate about forty seats including a large social table at the entrance.
