We've been dedicated to the art of espresso coffee since 1882: tradition, experience
and dedication are at the heart of Caffè Vergnano.
With the Vergnano Academy, we want to share all the processes which allow us to
create a perfect espresso and cappuccino every time. From selecting the best green coffee,
to the traditional slow roasting method used for every bean, to the quality control from
harvesting to packaging. Our courses are open to anyone who wants to expand his
knowledge of the world of coffee or those who simply want to excel as professional
bar owners.
